BBCC2023 – Registration

The payment of the registration fee entitles you to receive the conference kit at the registration desk, to participate all conference sessions and to access the coffee-break and lunch area during all conference days. The payment of the registration fee is also needed to confirm inclusion of abstract in the conference proceedings and to participate in post-conference publications. Fees for post-conference publications, if required by the journal, are not covered by the conference registration.

Registration will open on November 3, 2023. Registration are managed by our parner, Athena srl, by using the registration form available here.

~~Students and junior scientists: Euros 200 (+ VAT)~~

~~Senior scientists (academic and industry): Euros 300 (+ VAT)~~

~~Social dinner contribution: Euros 30 (+ VAT)~~

~~Tutorial day contribution: Euros 50 (+VAT)~~

Late registration fees (from November 22 to December 3, 2023)

Students: Euros 250 (+ VAT)

Academic and Industry: Euros 400 (+ VAT)

Social dinner: Euros 50 (+ VAT) NOTE: after November 28, the social dinner reservation may not be accepted.

Tutorial day contribution: Euros 60 (+VAT)

NOTE: 20% of reduction on the fee will be applied for special categories of participants:

– BITS members – Please consider the advantage of the member discount, so we encourage not members to join BITS.

– ISCB members – Please consider the advantage of the member discount, so we encourage not members to join ISCB.

– Staff scientists and Students/Post-docs at the National Research Council – CNR, Italy

– Registered participants to the online edition of BBCC2022.
