BBCC2024 – Registration
The payment of the registration fee entitles you to receive the conference kit at the registration desk, to participate all conference sessions and to coffee-breaks and lunch during all conference days.
The payment of the registration fee is needed to confirm inclusion of your abstract in the conference proceedings and to participate in post-conference publications. Fees for post-conference publications, if required by the journal, are not covered by the conference registration.
Registration will open on October 1, 2024.
Registration is now open and managed by our partner, Athena srl, by using the registration form available here.
Refunds of fees paid will not be possible due to the short time from conference registration.
Important news: we have added two optional one-day training activities free of charge for participants to BBCC2024:
– November 25: “From raw matrices to differential expression/methylation patterns: a functional genomics approach to detect molecular insights”. More information at this link.
November 26: “Software Environments, Containers, and Notebooks (for Bioinformatics and Computational Biology)” organized with the Elixir IT Training Platform. More information at this link.
Since the number of participants allowed to attend the training is limited, more details about the training and how to register (free of charge) will be sent only to interested participants after they register for the conference. Early registration fees (from October 1 to October 20, 2024)
Students and junior scientists: Euros 240 (+ VAT) expired
Senior scientists (academic): Euros 300 (+ VAT)expired
Company employee: Euros 350 (+ VAT) expired
Social dinner contribution: Euros 50 (+ VAT) expired
Late registration fees (from October 21 to November 23, 2024)
Students: Euros 300 (+ VAT)
Senior scientists (academic): Euros 350 (+ VAT)
Company employee: Euros 450 (+ VAT)
Social dinner: Euros 70 (+ VAT) – NOTE: after November 10, the social dinner reservation may no longer be available.
Registration fee reduction:
15% of reduction on the registration fee will be applied for special categories of participants:
– BITS members – Please consider the advantage of the member discount, so we encourage not members to join BITS.
– ISCB members – Please consider the advantage of the member discount, so we encourage not members to join ISCB.
– Staff scientists and Students/Post-docs at the National Research Council – CNR, Italy
– Registered participants to the BBCC2022 or BBCC2023 editions
